Description

English brass scope mounted on a wood base, supported by three scrolled legs supporting the stage, the mirror is attached to a plate on the base, lower drawer stores accessories including six objectives, cone, condenser, and others, all in pyramidal mahogany case

Provenance: From a Greenwich Connecticut Collection
Condition: overall good condition, with some minor abrasions, scuffs, and losses to wood, including one detached drawer panel and wood split to back of case, some minor oxidation to brass
