Image Size: 13.75" x 18" x 0" Otis Arnts was a member of the Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury, the New Jersey Chapter of Professional Photographers of America, and the Kiwanis Club of Asbury Park, having served terms as president for all three organizations. He was also an exhibiting member of the Salmagundi Club and the American Artist Professional League. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology School of Photographic Technology.
